If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange.
- The product must be in the same exact condition as it was delivered to you and able to be resold. Any product with a broken manufacturer's seal is not returnable. The return must contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. The Meridian Health Store will only pay return shipping costs if the items were shipped to you in error.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from Customer Service for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number, simply e-mail us contactMAHStore@meridianhealth.com .
Warranties
The Meridian Health Store will honor all applicable manufacturer's warranties. Please e-mail us at contactMAHStore@meridianhealth.com for a Return Authorization (RA#). In the case of defective or broken components, return only the component.
